ANSM states that:"the CSP imposes restrictions on the broadcasting of certain advertisements and prohibits, in particular, any advertisement for the general public for Reimbursable Medical Devices of Class II b and III, AIMDs (Active Implantable Medical Devices), breast implants and for reimbursable drugs or drugs that cannot be sold without a medical prescription or those, the advertising of which is banned/restricted to the grand public as mentioned in the MA.
In this case, effective access restrictions must be implemented by the operators.

If the domain name includes the name of a drug or medical device that is not allowed to be advertised to the public, the site must be secured from the home page."

There is a governmental base with a unique number for each Healthcare Professional (RPPS) and several ordinal bases (CNOM, CNOP, etc.).
